Apply for this role

About the role

You will spend most of your day on the phone with people in the United States. They are property owners, and you are usually the first person from us they speak to. Some calls are short. Some turn into a long conversation about paperwork they did not know existed.

This is not a script you read at people. You will be trained on what to say and why, and then you are expected to hold a real conversation and use your judgement inside it.

What you will do

  • Call property owners in the United States and take their calls back.
  • Explain clearly why you are calling and answer the questions that follow.
  • Work from our system: your call list is there, and every outcome and follow up is logged as you go.
  • Keep your own follow ups on time without being chased for them.
  • Hand off cleanly to the team when a call needs someone else.

What we are looking for

  • A neutral American or Canadian accent. This is the hard requirement for the role.
  • You are comfortable being the first voice a stranger hears, and you stay warm when they are not.
  • You can sit in a silence instead of filling it. Most of this job is listening.
  • You are accurate with numbers and addresses read aloud.
  • A quiet room, a headset, reliable internet, and backup power.

About the accent requirement

We are direct about this because it saves everyone time. The people you call are in the United States, and the role only works if you sound natural to them. Your voice sample is the first thing we listen to, and it decides whether the rest of your application is read.

Nice to have

  • Previous outbound or cold calling experience, in any market.
  • Any exposure to US real estate, property records, or foreclosure.
  • Experience working inside a CRM.

How hiring works

1

Apply

You fill in the form and record a short voice sample reading a script we give you. For phone roles the voice sample is what decides whether we move forward.

2

We listen

Every application is reviewed by a person. You hear back either way.

3

Interview

A short video call. You may be asked to read something aloud or take a mock call.

4

Offer

If it is a fit you get written terms with the pay, the hours and the start date on them.
