Open any case and click the envelope icon to compose an email. The recipient, subject, and merge data are pre-filled from the case. Incoming replies thread back to the same case automatically, so you never have to hunt through a separate inbox for a claimant response.

Do replies show up in the CRM?

Yes. Every incoming reply is captured and pinned to the case the original email was sent from. You do not need to check a separate inbox. All email activity appears on the case timeline beside calls, SMS, documents, and notes.

Can I use email templates?

Yes. Save any outbound email as a template for reuse. Templates support merge fields that auto-fill with case data (claimant name, surplus amount, county, sale date, and custom fields). Build a library of proven outreach emails and reuse them across sends.

What about deliverability?

Emails are sent from your configured domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set up on initial onboarding. Bounces are tracked so you can keep your sender reputation healthy. You control the sending domain — no shared IP surprises.
