Data
Researcher
This role is not open at the moment. The description is here so you know what it involves when it opens again.
About the role
Our clients act on the data we give them. If a figure is wrong, someone wastes a week chasing a case that was never worth anything. Accuracy is the whole job.
You will work through county records, auction results and court filings, pull out what matters and check it holds up before it reaches anyone.
What you will do
- Pull records from county and court sources across the United States.
- Verify figures against the original document rather than trusting a summary.
- Keep lists clean, deduplicated and current.
- Flag anything that looks wrong instead of passing it along.
What we are looking for
- You are genuinely careful, and you would rather be slow than wrong.
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and moving between many websites and formats.
- You can stay accurate on repetitive work over a full shift.
- Reliable internet and a setup you can work from every day.
Nice to have
- Any exposure to US public records, property data or foreclosure.
- Experience with data cleaning or list building.

We listen
Every application is reviewed by a person. You hear back either way.
Interview
A short video call. You may be asked to read something aloud or take a mock call.
Offer
If it is a fit you get written terms with the pay, the hours and the start date on them.
