About the role
You own what we publish. That means the calendar, the writing, the scheduling and the reporting on what actually worked.
Our audience is people who run surplus recovery businesses in the United States. They are practical, they are busy, and they can tell immediately when a post was written by someone who does not understand the work. Learning the subject is part of the job.
What you will do
- Keep a content calendar and publish to it without being reminded.
- Write posts that sound like a person, not a brand account.
- Turn longer material we already have, like guides and product releases, into posts worth reading.
- Track what performs and change the plan based on it.
- Keep every channel consistent in tone and in look.
What we are looking for
- Written English that reads naturally to a US audience.
- You can plan a month of content and then actually ship it.
- Comfortable across the major platforms and their differences.
- You can take a subject you do not know yet and learn it properly.
What to send us
We want to see the work, not a description of it. Include as much of this as you have.
- Links to accounts you have run, or posts you wrote yourself. Say which part was yours.
- The companies or clients you have done this for.
- Two or three posts you are proud of, and one line on why each worked.
- Anything you have written at length: a newsletter, an article, a long post.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to a US business audience.
- Basic design skills for simple graphics.
- Any exposure to real estate, finance, or legal subject matter.
How hiring works

We listen
Every application is reviewed by a person. You hear back either way.
Interview
A short video call. You may be asked to read something aloud or take a mock call.
Offer
If it is a fit you get written terms with the pay, the hours and the start date on them.
