Built for firms

The tools a claims practice needs

The same workspace recovery companies use, shaped for the firm doing the filing.

Client contact after you accept

You see the matter, county and papers first. The client’s phone, email and address open the moment you accept.

Your own intake form

Ask for the case number, judicial or not, the sale and anything else you need. Anyone on your team can edit it.

Court calendar

Hearings, response dates and objection windows from every case, in one calendar you tick off like tasks.

E-sign with SignDeck

Send engagement letters and fee agreements for signature from the case, and see who has signed.

Room for your team

Three seats on the Attorney plan, with shared cases, tasks, notes, meetings and team chat.

Connect your AI assistant

Ask about your cases, filings and requests from your AI assistant, with a connector built for law firms.

Questions? Answers.

Joining the network is free for the first 60 days, then $59 a month. That keeps your firm listed so recovery companies can find you and send you cases. If you want the full workspace for your team, the Attorney plan is $99 a month for three seats and includes your network membership. Our team approves every firm first.

Recovery companies that pay for Surplus Funds. They can only send a case once they have a signed agreement with the homeowner, and each case comes with the papers they have: the judgment, the certificate of sale, the signed agreement.

Yes. Decline with a short reason and the company knows where it stands. A case can go to up to three firms at once; the first to accept takes it, and the others are told it was accepted by another firm.

As soon as you accept. Before that you see the matter, the county, the case number, your intake answers and the files offered, so you can judge the fit.

No. Law firms never see our surplus lead lists or county data. You only see the cases sent to you, and what your own team adds.

The network is open to law firms licensed in the United States. Your card shows the states you take cases in, so companies send you cases from those states.

Take on the cases that fit.

Apply in a few minutes. Our team reviews every firm, and your first 60 days are free.
