Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Surplus Funds List account, what is removed, and what we are required to keep. You do not need to install the app or sign in to read it.

Delete it yourself, from the app

1. Open Surplus Funds List and sign in.
2. Go to Settings › Personal.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type your account email to confirm, then tap Delete forever.

The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in, or you have already uninstalled the app

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership of the address before acting, and confirm by reply once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in identity and profile, including name, email address and phone number
• Your notifications and activity history
• Your personal call scripts and the outreach sequences you created
• Your team-chat messages and any chat channels you created

What happens to your business data

Surplus Funds List is a business product, and cases, contacts, documents, call recordings and message history belong to the organization account, not to an individual login. If you are one of several users, deleting your login does not delete the organization’s records, and your colleagues keep working.

When the organization account itself is closed, that data is deleted within 20 days of termination, as set out in our Terms of Service. To close the whole account rather than your own login, email [email protected].

What we keep, and why

Billing and invoice records are retained for as long as tax, accounting and anti-fraud law requires. Your personal identifiers are stripped from those records at deletion, so what remains is the transaction, not you.

We do not sell personal data, and nothing retained is used to contact you after deletion.
